Dr Rathor founded the DocJ's Advanced Neurology & Epilepsy Freedom Center, a center of excellence for seizures and a comprehensive neurological medical center with an additional clinic in Lady Lake, FL serving The Villages region.

Prior to that he was President, CEO and Medical Director of Falcon Medical Group, which was a sleep lab in the Orlando area. Prior to that he was the Director of the Epilepsy Section at The Watson Clinic at Lakeland Regional Health.
