We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sunday.
6:30 PM - 8PM at the Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center.
Are you passionate about diving deeper into the journey of optimal health? Then our collaborative discussion group may be designed just for YOU!
Unlike our speaker-focused meetings, these meetings are discussion focused and somewhat unstructured. So attendees can bring up whatever they are currently personally researching and learning.
But don't worry, we don't just sit around looking at each other. We have Engaging Book Chats – We’ll pick insightful reads together or share bite-sized nuggets of wisdom we’ve discovered.
Got a challenge you’re navigating? Let’s brainstorm together! Share your experiences, hear inspiring testimonials, and connect with resources and referrals that can make a real difference.
This is your space to digest, discuss, and deepen your understanding alongside like-minded wellness enthusiasts. We view it as a “tribe” of wellness warriors ready to inspire and support one another.
So, whether you’re here for the books, the breakthroughs, or just some uplifting conversations, we’d love to have you on this journey with us!
No RSVPs are necessary. No book reading assignments or membership required.
