Dr. Rathore founded the DocJ's Advanced Neurology & Epilepsy Freedom Center, a center of excellence for seizures and a comprehensive neurological medical center with clinics in Orlando and Lady Lake, FL serving The Villages region.

He is the President, CEO and Medical Director of Falcon Medical Group, which is the Florida's first established (2007) private epilepsy center based in Orlando area. Prior to that he was the Director of the Epilepsy Section at The Watson Clinic and Lakeland Regional Health in Lakeland, FL. He is trained at the top two hospitals in America, the Johns Hopkins and Cleveland Clinic. He is an avid researcher with publications in the Harvard University journal which was funded by the highest research authority the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Kay Wais said, "I learned so many different things, including:

MS often calms down as people age and their immune system becomes less active. And there are some new diagnosis tools.
If you think you might be having a stroke, but aren't sure, take your blood pressure reading. Stokes cause a rise in blood pressure (as your body is trying to deal with the trauma).
You can build alternate routes of circulation with good cardio exercise.
Restless legs is often caused by iron deficiency.
Waking up with hysterical laughter is one potential sign of a stroke. And having a flat affect (and not laughing) can be a sign of Alzheimer's or other dementia."
