Lisa DeLuca helps people find the best versions of themselves through nutrition, fitness and overall wellness. She holds multiple certifications in nutrition including, but not limited to, Precision Nutrition Level 1. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist through the AFPA. and a Certified Holistic Gut Specialist. She co-created the REVIVE program, an 8 week program to help peri/post-menopausal women feel empowered through the menopausal transition and beyond.
