Tom Prombo brings a fresh layer of coordination, curiosity, and commitment to the team.
Tom isn’t a medical professional either, and he’s not here to play one. Like Kay and Gretchen, he approaches wellness with humility, sharp questions, and a deep desire to help others navigate the complex world of health with clarity and confidence.
After years spent teaching and coaching, Tom transitioned into corporate leadership—directing national advertising and print programs for Ace Hardware Corporation, and later serving as a sales and marketing executive for Lanier and Xerox. His “retirement” has been anything but quiet: renovating homes, supporting luxury hospitality at The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, and now, diving into the vibrant health-forward culture of The Villages.
Tom’s role in the Club focuses on coordinating speakers with our facilities teams. But his deeper motivation comes from personal experience—years of caregiving, coaching, and witnessing the limitations of conventional medical systems. That journey has fueled his passion for exploring cutting-edge wellness and longevity practices, and for helping others do the same.
“I’ve seen what happens when people don’t have access to the right information—or the right questions,” Tom says. “This Club is about changing that. It’s about creating a space where curiosity leads the way, and where every member feels empowered to take charge of their health.”
Together, Kay, Gretchen, and Tom are building a club that’s not just informative—it’s transformative. A place where wellness is a shared journey, and every voice matters.
