Everyone is welcome to order Health Wellness name badges.

 Here's the recommended process:

1. Consider what "title" you might want under your name. These do not have to be club roles. They do not have to be from the examples on this page. We encourage creative conversation-starter titles, such as your main areas of interest, silly nicknames, etc. Go conventional if that's your style. It's up to you. There are plenty of ideas here to get you thinking. 

2. Get your credit card out. It is going to cost you $7 plus tax, for a total of $7.49. Place your order direct with Custom Apparel one of these two ways:

   • Stop into their store at Southern Trace Plaza, 3451 Wedgewood Ln, The Villages, FL 32162

3. Pick up your name badge at the store when they notify you it is done (usually 1-2 weeks).

4. Wear with a smile to all of our Health Wellness club events (and everywhere if you want).
